We will proceed a refund strictly for the following circumstances:
1) The product cannot be delivered.
2) The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
3) The product delivered is damaged or expired.

Provided the above circumstances apply, a refund can be requested and processed anytime
between checkout and up to 24 hours after the delivery has been completed.

Refund claims will be reviewed by our team to ensure they are genuine. Refunds will not be
granted for circumstances that fall outside this refund policy.

This refund policy also applies to orders paid cash on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse
serving future orders from customers paying cash on delivery who breach this refund policy.

To return your product(s) for a refund, please carefully pack them, and include your order number
or the original packing slips and ship them to our address below;
